Preparation:
Marinate steak in 1/2 cup of the salad dressing for 15 minutes.
Place in the center of preheated grill rack or grill. Discard marinade. Cook steak about 5 minutes; turn.
Place fresh mushrooms, onion and zucchini around steak. Brush vegetables lightly with Italian dressing.
Cook until meat is done as desired and vegetables are tender, adding tomatoes a few minutes before steak is done.
Let steak stand for 5 minutes before carving. Toss vegetables in any remaining dressing. |
