Ingredients:

4 fillets lake trout steaks
1 teaspoon rosemary -- minced
1 teaspoon lemon rind -- grated
1/4 teaspoon coarse cracked black pepper
1 cloves garlic
6 slices lemon wedges -- fresh
 

Preparation:
