Preparation:
Marinate the tuna steaks in the sesame oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to medium.
While the tuna steaks are marinating, combine the remaining sauce ingredients and heat in a pan for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Grill the tuna steaks for 6-7 minutes on each side, turning once, basting each side occasionally with the sauce. |
