Grilled Turkey Spears With 3 Sauces

Ingredients:

18 ounces turkey breast filets
3 medium limes
3 1/2 ounces mild pepperoni -- sliced
2 medium corn cobs
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
---SAUCE 1---
1 3/4 ounces sweet cream
1 medium banana -- soft, mashed
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon salt, pepper
---SAUCE 2---
3 1/2 ounces blue cheese -- crumbled
3 1/2 ounces yogurt
1 teaspoon pepper
---SAUCE 3---
3 1/2 ounces sweet cream
1 3/4 ounces cranberries -- jellied, mashed
1 teaspoon horseradish to taste
 

Preparation:

Mix the juice from one lime with the oil and the chili powder together. Cut the turkey filets into cubes. Slice the limes into thin slices. Cut each corncob in half. Take all and put on long skewers and spread with the oil mix and grill for about 10-15 minutes. For the sauces mix all the ingredients together and put in bowls and serve with turkey.
