Preparation:
Combine marinade ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup. Place pork in zipper lock bag. Add remaining marinade; seal and chill 2-4 hours, turning bag over once.
Prepare grill for medium-direct heat. Spray grid with cooking spray. Drain and discard marinade from pork.
Place pork on grid, grill covered 6 minutes per side.
Brush pork with reserved marinade; grill 3 more minutes per side or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160F. |
