Ingredients:

1 medium ripe avocado -- coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon finely-diced red onion
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon coarsely-chopped cilantro
 

Preparation:

Combine the avocado, onion, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
