Preparation:
Prepare grill or preheat the oven to 350F.
Shuck the corn and set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Brush the mixture all over each ear of corn.
Wrap each ear in a double thickness of aluminum foil.
Grill method: place on grill away from coals or flame and cover. Turn after 15 minutes. Cook for about 30 minutes total.
Oven method: place wrapped corn on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 min. |
