Preparation:
Grilled bananas are delicious sprinkled with brown sugar and served with a dollop of ice cream or creme fraiche. Select firm, slightly under-ripe (but not green) bananas.
Brush with melted butter, sweetened with a few drops of honey if desired.
Grill until tender and browning., but do not allow to become mushy. Turn bananas only once, and carefully, while grilling. |
