Chicken Salad Sandwiches

These are great at a luncheon or as an appetizer.
 

Ingredients:

2 package English Muffins
1 package Chicken Salad
1 can Sliced pineapple, canned or fresh
1 package American cheese slices
 

Preparation:

Prepare chicken salad. Spread onto toasted English muffins. Put a slice of pineapple on top of chicken salad. Melt a slice of American cheese on top and serve.
