Mango Salsa

Ingredients:

2 medium ripe mangos -- peeled and chopped
1 medium red onion -- chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 medium fresh jalapenos -- chopped, up to 3
1 medium lime -- Juice of
2 medium grated rind of that lime
1 dash salt
 

Preparation:

Mix it all and let chill for at least one hour. Really delicious as an after- Q nibble... hits the palette spot refreshingly.
