Preparation:
If using smoked fish, flake. If using lobster or crab, drain and remove any shell or cartilage. Combine with mayonnaise and seasonings. Peel eggs, cut in half lengthwise, remove yolks (egg yolks can be used in other recipes). Stuff each egg half with 1 Tbsp of fish mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Chill. Serve as salad or appetizer. |
