Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, nuts, dates, raisins and tomatoes. Sift dry ingredients into tomato mixture. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 350F for 30 min.
Frosting 8 ounces cream cheese 1 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar 3 tbs. butter 1 tsp. vanilla pinch salt
Beat with electric mixer. Frost cooled cake.
