Preparation:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; sift three times.
2. Add milk and eggs; mix well.
3. Cut bananas into quarters and dip in batter; drop into hot oil, at least 1 inch deep, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
4. Drain and dust with confectioners' sugar to serve.
