Preparation:
Combine gelatin and boiling water in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute. Add crushed ice and blend at high speed until the ice is melted, about 30 seconds. Add oranges and coconut. Pour into a 4 cup ring mold and chill at least 1 hour; unmold. Or, pour into individual dessert dishes and chill until soft set, 5 minutes; or pour into a serving bowl and chill 20 minutes. |
