Preparation:
Sauté onions and garlic on med high heat until soft. Add everything else. Simmer uncovered until thick.
A bourbon based glaze might be nice. A little Worcestershire, a little brown sugar, a little bourbon.
I prefer bourbon to whiskey. Evan Williams is a lot cheaper than JD. Picked up 1/2 gal for $13 in New Hampshire. Not bad for 7 yr old sourmash. I put 1/4 cup in my basic red sauce and in Bad Attitude chili. Here's my latest version |
