Preparation:
In medium bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cold fruit juice; let stand 1 minute. Add hot fruit juice and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. (See NOTE.) Pour into 2 cup bowl, mold, or dessert dishes; chill until firm, about 3 hours.
*DO NOT USE FRESH OR FROZEN PINEAPPLE JUICE
NOTE: For a FRUITY COOLER, chill gelatine mixtuer, stirring occasionally, until consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 40 minutes. Fold in up to 1 1/2 cups fruit (or vegetables). Proceed as above. |
