Preparation:
Drain cherries, reserving syrup. Add water to syrup to make 1 cup; bring to a boil. Place cherries in individual glasses. Combine gelatiin and boiling liquid in electric blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until gelatin is dissolved, 1 minute. Add crushed ice; then blend at high speed until ice is melted, 30 seconds. Pour into glasses. DO NOT STIR. Chill at least 15 minutes, or until set. Makes 4 cups or 6 servings. |
