Preparation:
Dissolve jello powders in boiling wine in medium bowl. Let cool to room temperature. Stir in club soda and liqueur. Chill until jello is slightly thickened. Fold in fruit. Pour into 6 cup mold or loaf pan. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
To unmold. Dip mold in hot water for about 10 seconds. Gently pull jello from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate, shake slightly to loosen. Garnish with additional fruit. |
