Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a wok.
2. Add cumin seeds till it splutter.
3. Add onion, garlic, ginger, red chilly and green chilly. Fry till colour changes.
4. Add green peas,corn, cubed carrots and tomatoes. Saute for 2 minutes. Add chilly powder and tumeric powder. Stir well.
5. Add mashed tofu and stir well.
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Finally add beaten egg and fry till egg get cooked.
8. Serve in a plate.
9. Can garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves or cucumber as you wish. |
