Preparation:
brown beef with bell peppers, garlic, carrots, serrano, onion. Drain fat, I use a collendar. Put beef mix in stock pot. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beer, water, 1/2 to 2/3 pack chili with carroll shelby kit, 1/2 salt pack carroll shelby kit, 1 pinch to 2 pinches cayenne pepper in carroll shelby kit, add beans, water, cook to boil, then reduce heat, cover, stir every 5 minutes for 2 hours.
