Serves: 6-8
An appetizer, serven warm from a chafing dish with crackers and toothpicks
 

Ingredients:

1 pint fresh shucked oysters
1 stick butter
2 medium juice of two lemons or to taste
1/4 cup A1 steak sauce
2 tablespoons flour for dredging
2 tablespoons additional butter for sauteing
 

Preparation:

Dredge the oysters in flour and saute in butter until the edges curl. put the stick of butter, lemon joice and steak sauce in a pyrex cup and microwave to melt the butter. Place oysters in chafing dish, pour sauce over them and serve with toothpicks and crackers.
