Preparation:
Boil noodles and keep aside
In a wok add oil, then add garlic and green chilies saute on medium, when you the garlic turns golden brown add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes or until the cabbage is not raw, add monosodium glutamate, salt, Soya sauce , shrimp powder, and chicken and keep stirring...last add the noodles and stir until the noodles retain the complete flavor. Close the pot and let it sit for a while on low. |
