Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400. Place Parchment Paper on 15-inch Baking Stone. Combine potatoes and one egg in Batter Bowl. Spread potatoes on Baking Stone into 14-inch circle. Pat down with back of spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes. Whisk eggs and milk in Batter Bowl. Place in microwave and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook an additional 3 minutes. Stir. Spread cooked eggs evenly over potato crust. Top with optional ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 m inutes. Cut into wedges with Pizza Cutter. |
