Ingredients:

garlic, smashed and chopped |

Chile de Arbol pods, de-stemmed, de-seeded, and freshly ground |

cumin seeds, freshly ground or 1/4 Tsp ground cumin from a jar |

Worchestershire sauce |

Preparation:
Combine the above ingredients, except salt andblack pepper, into a non-reactive sauce pan. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Bringthe contents of the pan to a boil. Simmer at theloweset heat setting, stirring periodically forapproximately 20 minutes. |
