Preparation:
Spread cookie dough onto a large pizza pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for about 10 minutes at 375øF. Mix cream cheese, 1/3 sugar and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. Arrange fruit, starting in center of dish and working your way out in circles of fruit. To prepare glaze mix together the 2/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and orange juice; bring to boil and cook till thick, stirring often. Cool, and spread over the fruit with a pastry brush. Make sure to cover all parts of the fruit, because this keeps it from turning brown. **Some fruits that you could use are: blueberries, peaches, strawberries, bananas, kiwis, mandarin oranges, grapes, pineapple etc. |
