Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:

14 ounces sweentned condensed milk
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Regular oats, uncooked
1/4 cup Finely chopped walnuts
3 medium kiwi fruit, peeled and Thinly sliced
8 ounces sliced pineapple,
11 ounces mandarin oranges,
4 medium strawberries, halved -- (4 to 6)
 

Preparation:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Chill. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add flour, oats and walnuts; mix well. Press mixture into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Prick dough with a fork, and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until crust is browned. Cool. Spread condensed milk mixture evenly over crust. Arrange fruit over condensed milk mixture.
