Preparation:
Dip each gingersnap in the tawny port and stand/hold upright, as soldiers back to back.
Pour the whipped cream over the entire log allowing overflow all around.smooth over with a spatula and finally sprinkle evenly with your chocolate powder. Half hor in the fridge to mature and then enjoy with gusto! (I was going to say "with relish" but that would be ambiguous!) |
