Preparation:
Crust: Stir dry ingredients together in medium size mixing bowl. Add milk and melted butter to dry ingredients all at once. Stir to mix well. Press dough into a buttered 14-inch pizza pan (1 x 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan will do). Shape dough to form ridge around pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. For Topping: Brown meat in large skillet. Drain excess fat. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, taco seasoning mix and water; bring to boil, then simmer 5 minutes. Spread over baked crust and top with 1/2 cup of each cheese. Return to 400 degrees oven and bake for 10 minutes. Top baked Taco Pizza with shredded lettuce, remaining shredded cheese, diced fresh tomatoes, sliced green onions and olive halves. Serve in wedges with a dollop of sour cream. |
