Ingredients:

1 crust pizza dough
1/2 cup peanut sauce
1 medium zucchini
1 medium yellow squash
1 medium orange bell pepper
 

Preparation:

1. cover 12" pizza pan with prepared dough. 2. spread peanut sauce on dough. 3. top with zucchini slices, yellow squash slices and orange bell pepper strips. 4. in a preheated 425ΓΈ oven, bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. bake time will vary depending on thickness of dough.
