Preparation:
Slice the tomatoes and avocados, and to form the base on the bread roll layer one side of the roll with the sliced tomato and then the slices of avocado.
To make the tuna mix, mash up the fish with the chopped onion, garlic salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Spread the tuna mix over the tomato and avocado and top off with the cheese.
Place to just a few seconds under a hot grill till the cheese bubbles. |
