Preparation:
Cookie Crust: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients until dough forms. Press firmly and evenly against bottom and side of ungreased 11-inch tart pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown; cool. Tart: Beat lemon curd and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread over crust. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until slightly firm. Arrange berries over lemon mixture just before serving. |
