Note: although I use this versatile bread primarily for cloverleaf rolls, it is also great for dinner rolls, Parkerhouse, or a soft pan loaf for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It can also be brusshed with water or egg wash and topped with poppy and/or sesame seeds prior to baking. Another note: this bread is meant to have a very soft texture. In order to achieve that, I don't mix it nearly as long as I do most other breads. Giving it an additional rise is also helpfu |
