Ingredients:

2 pound Ground beef
1 pound Chorizo, sliced
1 Cup Green chiles, diced
1 medium Diced onion
1/4 teaspoon Garlic to taste
1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon Pepper to taste
12 ounces Can stewed tomatoes
---PINTO BEANS IF NEEDED---
3 Cup Cooked pinto beans
 

Preparation:

Brown beef and chorizo. Drain fat and add all ingredients to large pot. Simmer 2 or 3 hours.
