Preparation:
Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk and butter or oil to dry ingredients. Stir with a fork until well blended. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of milk if needed to be a little on the sticky side. Drop by tablespoons into hot boiling chicken broth. Cover and let boil for 12-15 minutes.
If you don't want big clumps, which I prefer. Knead dough on floured surface until stiff. Roll out and cut into squares or long strips.
