Preparation:
For pesto: Combine parsley, basil, garlic,olive oil and pine nuts (optional) in a food processor and blend until thick and creamy. Take one lb of ground beef and put into a large bowl and kneed or mix pesto into ground beef until mixed throughout. Separate into patties and set aside. In another pan, add olive oil one tsp of brown sugar and chopped onion. Fry together to tenderness of onions desired. Top burgers with onions after cooking the burgers and enjoy!!! |
