Preparation:
Take and put water in a medium sauce pan and fill it with water 2-3 inches from the top of the pan. Then add 1 tsp of salt. Let it come to a boil,Add 4 hands full of elbow macaroni. Let it boil for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Then when the noodles are done strain them out in a strainer and rinse them off and let them sit while you make your cheese sauce.
What you will do is cube up some cheese as much as you think you need *you dont need to use allot trust me about 3 medium slices cubed* then add a cup to a cup and 1/2 of milk in the bottom of the pan then add the cheese wait till it melts then add your macaroni. then take ramakins or anything you want to use and spred the inside of them with butter and add your mac and cheese then put some sour cream ontop then your bacon bits then your shredded cheese then you want to pour about another tsp of milk on the cheese and it will make it moist and creamy. preheat your oven to 350 degreese and put them in there for about 10 minutes * or untill the cheese is melted* then pull them out let them cool and there you have it |
