bread crumbs

cornmeal
Preparation:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix egg with creamed corn
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients
Dip pork chop in egg/corn mixture
Coat pork chop in corn flake mixture
Place on baking pan for 30 minutes or until done.
