Hot Cocoa Mix

Serves: 15 cup
 

Ingredients:

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup hersheys cocoa
1/2 cup powdered nondairy creamer
1 dash salt
 

Preparation:

1. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Blend well.

2. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 3 3/4 Cups of mix.

3. Combine 1/4 cup mix and 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir.
