Preparation:
Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs and molasses. Add dry ingredients, then applesauce. Will look curdled. Use 2 paper liners per muffin and fill 1/2-full. Last up to 4 weeks.
Cook on medium-high (4 muffins - 2-1/2 minutes; 6 muffins - 3-1/2 minutes.) |
