Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease and flour one 3 x 7 inch loaf pan. Mix pizza crust as package directs. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Knead about 15 times on floured surface and roll into a rectangle 8 x 12 inches. Roll up tightly (jelly roll style) and press into prepared pan. Let rise one hour in a warm place. Bake about 20 minutes. Makes one 3 x 7 inch loaf. |
