Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper or foil liners.
Mix water and coffee powder in large bowl until coffee powder dissolves. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Mix flour, both sugars, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Add to buttermilk mixture and stir just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
Divide batter equally among prepared muffin cups. Bake until tester inserted into center of muffins comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Transfer muffins to rack and cool.
