Preparation:
Blend all of these into a puree. With a spoon, mix the puree into the dry
mixture. Now you can add a 1/2 cup of raisins or dried cranberries. Or you
can fill your muffin tin with the mixture and add by hand fresh blueberries
to each muffin cup. Bake on 450* for 15 minutes.
Check your oven times as this is mountain elevation. |
