Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400øF. Grease 12 muffin cups or 24 mini-muffin cups. In bowl combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add milk, oil and egg until just combined. Evenly divide batter among prepared muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden. Let cool 5 minutes in pan on wire rack. Remove from pan and serve warm or let cook completely on wire rack. |
