Peanut Butter/bran Muffins

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 Cup Bran
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoons Sugar
1 large Egg
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Lowfat Milk
1/3 Cup Peanuts, chopped
 

Preparation:

Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and blend. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 8
