Preparation:
Preheat broiler. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place bagel halves cut side up on the sheet.
In a large bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, tomato paste, salt, garlic powder, oregano, basil and pepper; mix well. Spread evenly over the bagel halves. Broil 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted and bagels are crisp. Serve immediately. |
