Preparation:
Combine dry ingredients and store in a tightly closed container. Makes enough for 4 batches of pudding.
For Vanilla Pudding: combine 1 1/4 cups mix with 1 3/4 cups water. Cook over low heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil gently for 2 to 4 minutes. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Chill until set.
For Chocolate Pudding: add 4 tblsp cocoa to dry ingredients before mixing. |
