Preparation:
Combine egg beaters, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
Heat milk in saucepan just to a boil. Stir in rice. Return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in egg substitute mixture gradually. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in raisins and vanilla.
Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; serve warm or chill until ready to serve. Garnish as desired. |
