Preparation:
1. Cook and pure the rhubarb, and allow to cool.
2. Add the sugar, ginger, and most of the banana (leave some for decorating). Mix well.
3. Gradually beat the above mixture into the quark.
4. Fold in the egg whites.
5. Transfer into individual dishes and chill.
6. Top with the rest of the banana and serve.
7. Enjoy. |
