Ingredients:

avocado -- halved and pitted |

Preparation:
Using a spoon, scoop avocado pulp into a bowl. Add lime juice. With a fork, coarsely mash avocado. Stir in tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and yogurt cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Serve within an hour at room temperature. (Makes about 2 cups (47 2 ml))
