1 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 cup red onion
1 cup shrimp
2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 bunches Boston lettuce
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together. Serve on a bed of Boston lettuce.
